Victor Ciobanu is the Territory Representative for Republic of Moldova in IBM. He is in charge of IBM business development in Moldova, promoting IBM solutions to local authorities and commercial companies. Victor is enhancing the IBM Academic Initiative program to local universities and leveraging IBM Global Entrepreneur program to local startups.
He is consistently sharing IBM high-end technologies to help local business partners enhance their competences.
