Life in a startup: Mistakes you should make
The world is full of stories in startup growth. Everyone who has interacted with a startup, an incubator or an accelerator has a lesson to share. Things to do or absolute DON’Ts. Experiments to try, people to meet. Are these lessons valuable? Sure. But the best lessons are learnt hands-on and not from others. This is not to say that we shouldn’t listen, but we should also filter information and have the courage to fail for ourselves. In this talk, you’ll learn which were some of the positive surprises I’ve had while experimenting and failing as CEO of People Centric. You shouldn’t expect to learn some startup lessons, but rather hear some simple, heartfelt life stories.
